Triple-Black SF AF1 HIGH

Love the Triple-Black SF AF1s. They have a more durable synthetic material that should be tougher than the leather on the lower-tiered models. One bit of advice on sizing: because the material on the triple-black pair is synthetic & has a zipper, they dont stretch much thus you should go a h便宜團購銷售排行榜alf size up. I verified this by ordering 9 and 9 1/2... My usual 9 squeezed the feet to the point where it became uncomfortable after 10 minutes. As for other SF AF1s, I noticed that the suede and leather pairs are more comfortable and are true to size because the material stretches with wear. Other than that, this color is beastly! This review also applies to the Triple-White Ibex pair (synthetic).
Great Shoe - Ridgerock color, not so much.

I purchased the ridgerock colorway and they look AWESOME! However, the material used in this shoe is obnoxiously loud. If you are walking indoors, everyone will hear your every step. It makes a loud crunching noise. It was too loud to bother keeping them which was disappointing because they really do look great. Since I loved the design of the shoe, I wanted to try a different colorway because, despite what the information says, the materials used in the other colorways looks totally different. Just got the rattans today and they are sweet! And I can now 100% confirm the materials used are vastly different from the ridgerock colorway.In summary, awesome design, super comfortable, stylish - but stay away from ridgerock, despite the product description, it is a totally different material. 5 stars for main colors, 1 Star for ridgerock

I am a sneaker head and I just got my first pair of these on this specific boot like hight top style in the SageGreen Color and they look AMAZING, great color, they are comfortable and of course very unique, I will be ordering other colors !

《神經心理學（Neuropsychologia）》期刊一項研究指出，只要運動10分鐘，就能在短時間內增強腦力。
先前研究指出，長期、規律的身體活動能幫大腦更健康；也有研究說，運動20分鐘以上會對認知功能產生直接影響。加拿大西安大略大學神經科學教授希斯（Matthew Heath）率團隊測試14名健康年輕人，讓一組人坐下來看雜誌；另一組則用中等速度騎固定式腳踏車10分鐘。測試結果發現，自行車組的認知表現比運動前提高14％；坐著閱讀組則沒有差別。
研究團隊指出，現在還不知道這種「腦力爆發」可以持續多長時間（試驗是在運動後17分鐘內進行認知測試）；也還需要進一步測試觀察，比這次對象更年長或更不健康的人做了短時間運動後，能獲得多少好處。不過有一點倒是可以大膽建議，希斯說：「如果想表現得讓人眼睛一亮，先走出門吧！」
