The Nike Cortez is Timeless Classic!

At the risk of dating myself, I have been wearing the Nike Cortez since 1979. Although there have been slight changes over the years, this shoe remains a “Timeless Classic”. I say that because the original white leather shoe with the varsity red swoosh with the blue mid-sole highlight and the waffle sole checks all of the boxes for comfort, style and fit. I do miss the white bumper that was affixed to the front of the shoe on the original release, but other than that, I like the softer leather and the whiter white on the shoe. I don’t run in them anymore, even though I’m sure I could, but I keep 2 pairs in my closet and wear them very regularly! I will keep wearing them as long as Nike makes them available in Men’s Size 10.

評價CP值超高The Cortes. In some respects as iconic as Air Jordan, Max 95 or 1. They have decent leather maybe not premium but better than recent Jordan releases. The durability is great maybe as good as an Air Jordan Retro. I can certainly say so being a big man with speed like a cheetah. I can keep up with friends half my weight, etc, maybe not Olympics but. I went into a local store and tried on an UK 8 as I don't believe they had a 8.5(my true size). On the right shoe they felt fine and on the left they felt a bit narrow in the toe box area. Now I have a black big toe. I have had many problems with shoes from Nike such as Air Force 1 Low which I bought in my true size yet they fit way too big. Even an 8 didn't fit me. Anyway I believe this is a good running shoe if you buy it in your true size. I can't seem to find an 8.5 from the store that I bought it from also I noticed a lot of glue stains on the shoes themselves. Please can someone solve this situation. I wish to get an 8.5.

The trainer itself feels high quality and looks great, however in the pictures there are one or two small yellow sections(the back of the tongue and holder for the laces)-these are NOT on the shoe and are instead white.

中嘉第4度出售 NCC有條件准了
國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今天委員會議以附負擔條款共35項承諾予以核准，通過爭議多時的中嘉案。
中嘉網路公司是國內大型有線電視多系統經營管理業者（MSO），全台有線電視收視戶122萬用戶；中嘉最大股東安博凱基金（MBK）2011年開始尋找買家出售，今年5月7日向經濟部投審會送件，申請出售股份，總交易金額新台幣515億元，這是中嘉第4度出售。
NCC指出，受讓人在未來營運規劃、健全公司財務、勞工權益及人才培育以及企業社會責任等4面向都有做出承諾，如未來營運規劃方面，受讓人應依承諾於109年完成所屬各系統的光纖涵蓋率提升至50%至73%。
另外，受讓人應確保在本交易完成後二年內，將光節點平均訂戶數降低至200戶內；交易完成後一年內，提供最高可達1Gpbs的寬頻上網服務，以及導入具備wi-fi功能的Cable Modem，長期目標為提供上、下行頻寬最高速率達10Gbps的服務。
利害關係人就宏泰公益信託基金則承諾，本案通過後，同意將媒體識讀教育及媒體品質提升，納入公益信託從事教育文化的規劃；宏泰公益信託基金履行10年公益總額至少新台幣40億元，其前5年不低於15億元，後5年不低於25億元，並將公益極大化，公益總額至少每年10%金額，投入前揭項目。
車還沒買 Ucar共享汽車跳票

北市府力推共享經濟，與業者電馳公司宣布3月推出Ucar共享汽車，開放11處公有停車場甲租乙還。不過市議員王鴻薇、陳炳甫發現，至今已5月，電馳公司狀況百出，不僅仍在整合系統、資金也未到位，甚至連車輛都還沒買，質疑Ucar政策嚴重跳票，根本為選舉打假球。

對此，交通局長陳學台表示，市府在共享汽車採取與廠商合作方式，沒有簽訂招標文件，市府不需出資，合作契約也無罰則。目前電馳確實遇到資金問題，進度慢了下來，若有其他公司有意願，可同步與其他廠商合作。
王鴻薇昨指出，台北市去年3月就在喊Ucar上路，近1年內，市府花費1275萬建置79處地下停車場充電站，今年2月副市長林欽榮風光召開記者會，宣布將與電馳合作推出10輛Ucar，開放11場站營運，3月就能上路。
不過，她3月中詢問進度，交通局稱廠商仍在測試中，4月底又說正在整合營運系統，並籌措資金購買車輛。
眼看雙方契約6月30日就要截止，電馳卻連車輛都還沒買，市府也束手無策，花費千萬建置充電柱，每月平均卻只使用2.5次，占車位又花錢，難道只是因應選舉喊喊作秀嗎？
砸千萬設充電柱 浪費
陳炳甫則說，他前年就提出質疑，YouBike在台北成功，不見得Ucar也會成功，但交通局堅持要做，如今果然出現問題。他質疑，市府與廠商簽訂合作契約，卻只簽1月25日到6月30日，短短不到半年，實在「怪怪的」，感覺是場作秀騙局。他要求，若純電動車廠商確實較少，可考慮開放油電混合車，吸引更多業者加入。
陳學台表示，會研議油電混合車是否納入，未來選擇合作廠商，也會審慎評估對方資金狀況、股東結構等；交通局運管科長王湮筑則補充，全市79處停車場站設有充電柱，目前仍是免費開放，有電動車的民眾都可以使用。
