搶救菜農！全聯今、明兩天高麗菜買1送1
高麗菜盛產導致價格不斷下跌，最低每公斤平均剩下4元，跌破5元停損點，菜農苦不堪言。全聯今(5日)宣布，將以高於市價的價錢買下10萬顆，共2百噸高麗菜回饋消費者，今、明2天全台門市推出高麗菜買1送1優惠，2粒特價24元，每店限量100粒。
今年高麗菜價崩盤，本土企業紛紛出手相挺，除全聯之外，義美食品日前就已宣布「喊價．護農」，將收購150公噸高麗菜，盼有助高麗菜價能很快回升到農友不會虧損的價格以上。
高雄一間水果店「花果匯」為了能幫助農民撐過去，從昨日起免費發送千顆高麗菜，今日是活動最後一天，吸引不少民眾排隊。除了民間企業外，不少立委、議員也都紛紛認購高麗菜發放贈送給民眾，部分則是轉送給弱勢團體，以行動力挺農民，希望能幫助菜農度過難關。

衛福部不夠力 醫改會赴監察院檢舉
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】近1年從長庚醫院急診爆醫師離職潮、振興醫院扯上婦聯會黨產之爭等案件，顯示醫院內部弊端多，但衛福部沒查到，即使調查也無結果。醫改會27日號召醫療團體到監察院陳情，舉發衛福部對財團法人醫院弊端處理不力，由田秋堇監委接見。醫改會董事長劉淑瓊表示，衛福部應依據醫療法41條予以監督。與會團體更要執政黨「踹共」，呼籲應盡速通過政院版《醫療法》修正案，助財團法人醫院改革。
醫改會表示，從去年6月林口長庚醫院爆發40多位急診醫師集體離職潮事件、馬偕醫院董事長被爆涉嫌私設公司自肥、到今年振興醫院疑似收受婦聯會捐款購台泥股票護盤等弊端。本應展現督導職責的衛福部竟是事前「沒查到」、事發「沒下文」、事後「沒結案」，醫療團體希望監委深入調查政府是否有違法失職。醫改會說，過去一年多是醫院治理最動亂、黑暗的一年。
「衛福部處理長庚案是雷聲大雨點小！」劉淑瓊舉林口長庚案為例，衛福部去年7月17日成立長庚案調查小組，11月20日衛福部「長庚事件調查報告」出爐，要求長庚一個月內提送改善報告，但7個月後長庚案原地踏步，劉淑瓊質疑，難道是衛福部想以拖待變？還是長庚大到不能管？
醫改會更指出，衛福部的財報監管機制不牢靠，審查意見竟只出現「同意備查」四字，根本沒有主動發現問題。此外，健保署自102年依據二代健保法，規定上網公開醫院財報後，也僅淪為「左手收財報、右手貼上網」的例行公事。
「醫療法第41條本明定，財團法人醫院如果辦理不善，中央主管機關得視其情節予以糾正、限期整頓改善、停止其全部或一部之門診或住院業務、命其停業或廢止其許可。」劉淑瓊說，衛福部明明有《醫療法》這把尚方寶劍不用，長年坐視醫院管理與治理亂象不管，惡果卻讓醫病勞承受，監察院實有必要介入調查。
與會團體也呼籲，民進黨應宣示一定會在9月立院新會期三讀通過政院版《醫療法》修正案，承諾設置由非主管的基層員工互相票選或由工會推舉的勞工董事，設置薪酬委員會，撤除醫療財團法人改革的層層路障。會後田秋堇監委出面接收陳情書，允諾將進行調查。
