芒果的好滋味，幾乎是無人不知、無人不曉，特殊的香氣和口感，總是讓人一口接一口。國泰綜合醫院營養組營養師賴秀怡說明，芒果含有豐富類黃酮植化素、β胡蘿蔔素；還有顧眼睛的維生素A、維護膠原蛋白的維生素C。而這些營養素，則可協助我們表皮細胞的生長發育，讓皮膚光澤、健康度變好。
試試以下這款芒果牛奶布丁，享受最天然的美味吧！
芒果牛奶布丁
材料：芒果1顆、鮮奶240CC、雞蛋2顆
步驟：
1.芒果去子去皮切成小丁。
2.加入鮮奶打成芒果牛奶。
3.將雞蛋打勻，加入芒果牛奶拌勻後，用濾網過濾2次。
4.將製作的芒果汁倒入杯中。
5.蒸鍋中水煮沸，在將布丁入蒸鍋中。
6.中小火蒸10分鐘。（蒸的時候需要用筷子將鍋蓋隔一小個縫隙以防水蒸氣往下滴到布丁表面會造成孔洞）
7.完成後放涼放冰箱即可。
★許多人吃芒果會有過敏的症狀，主要是因為芒果蒂頭上的白色汁液。食用前一定要洗乾淨、把皮削掉，預防接觸性皮膚炎。
