馬刺在德羅贊（DeMar DeRozan）第三節18分的帶動下，止跌反彈，最終以131-118力克拓荒者終結連敗。
在本場比賽之前，馬刺遭遇兩連敗，兩場球總計輸了70分。
第二節，馬刺憑藉一波遠射浪潮的17-4攻勢，獲得12分領先優勢。上半場馬刺62-55領先。阿爾德里奇（LaMarcus Aldridge）半場得16分。
馬刺在1分鐘時間內4次失誤，拓荒者將分差拉開到7分。德羅贊連取5分，馬刺打出一波8-0奪回領先位置。德羅贊越戰越勇，扛起馬刺進攻重擔，連續強殺籃下，單節獨取18分，助馬刺以97-90領先。第四節，阿爾德里奇與德羅贊聯手掌控局面，拓荒者無力回天，馬刺穩紮穩打主場告捷。

蕭美琴質詢蘇花改 盼開放其他車種
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】針對台9線蘇花公路14日因大雨多處坍方一事，立委蕭美琴18日詢問公路總局長陳彥伯表示，「萬一舊蘇花公路又坍方無法使用時，被限制不能走蘇花改的車種該怎麼辦，」研議開放其他車種如大客車、遊覽車通行蘇花改，陳彥伯回應，危急時會用戒護或載運方式讓不同車輛通過。
蘇花公路14日162到171公里處，因瞬間雨量過多，而多處坍方，造成100多人受困，蕭美琴認為，這將影響花蓮觀光，她還說，「儘管我們重複做呼籲，但是這些問題還是持續發生。」陳彥伯表示，會加強一些邊坡跟落石的補強，並積極建設蘇花改，讓這項建設如期完成。」
蕭美琴也對於這次清明假期，蘇花改前兩天大塞車提出問題，盼加速評估蘇花改各路段之間通行與匯流進度，並積極改善瓶頸路段，陳彥伯回應，「因為每條道路都有固定容量限制以及蘇花改有一些大、小水管問題，」他表示，之後會繼續研議做檢討，並進行一些交通管理。
