「亞洲最美空姐」2張照引暴動！網友神到本尊心動了

「我以後都要搭這班飛機！」搭機出國時，如果遇到漂亮或帥氣的空服員，目光都會多停留一下，一名網友13日在臉書發文，透露搭乘馬來西亞一架班機時，發現一名外型亮眼的空姐，他忍不住拍下2張對方工作時的倩影，照片曝光後引起大批網友討論，還有人神出本人的臉書，甚至封她為「亞洲最美空姐」。

隨著網路瘋傳，有網友也神出這名空姐的臉書，原來名叫Mabel的她來自馬來西亞吉隆坡，今年24歲，畢業於思特雅大學（UCSI University），對於被偷拍意外爆紅，她本人感到相當訝異，表示「真的很不可思議！因為偷拍的照片其實很普通，為什麼會突然有這麼多人來關注我呢？」如今她的IG有超過7.4萬名粉絲追蹤，人氣水漲船高，她也不吝嗇和網友分享生活動態，讓人看到她在私底下俏皮的一面，但有人也發現她似乎名花有主，讓許多男網友相當扼腕。

全身痛到想輕生小心是纖維肌痛症

許多人都有痠痛小毛病，但痛到想輕生可不尋常。一名四十歲婦人照顧久病婆婆多年，常因分工與家人吵架，長期壓力下健康亮紅燈，從上背痛蔓延到全身，腋下和下巴都痛，嚴重時看到強光或聽到吵鬧聲，渾身不舒服，一度想輕生。

婦人痛到受不了，看遍骨科、耳鼻喉科、復健科和身心科，仍找不出病因，直到頭痛轉神經內科，醫師透過主訴與量表評估，才確診為「纖維肌痛症」。

症狀不一患者常徘徊各科

台北榮總神經內科主治醫師陳韋達表示，纖維肌痛症是一種慢性全身疼痛，因壓力改變神經穩定性，出現廣泛疼痛，合併記憶力衰退、疲憊、失眠、頭痛、憂鬱和下腹痛等周邊症狀，因症狀不一，患者常在各科徘徊，健保看病次數最高的患者中可能就有肌痛症患者。

高雄榮總神經內科主治醫師林清煌說，診間曾遇免疫風濕疾病患者，全身痠痛、失眠，兩年來無法走路，到處就醫找不出病因，他憑經驗判定纖維肌痛症，對症下藥，一個月後患者又能走路。

醫學難診斷的「神祕疼痛」

台中榮總過敏免疫風濕科主治醫師黃文男指出，纖維肌痛症又稱「神祕的疼痛」，醫學上難以診斷，可能與其他疾病共存，包括僵直性脊椎炎、類風濕性關節炎、紅斑性狼瘡約有15%至30%機率合併纖維肌痛症。以類風濕性關節炎為例，有些病人使用生物製劑後，發炎指數雖下降，仍全身疼痛倦怠，可能合併肌痛症。

肌痛症的疼痛感不見得是針刺、刀割，陳韋達說，它類似深層組織疼痛，常見疼痛部位在肩頸、背部和四肢，容易讓民眾誤以為是身體緊繃而非疼痛，增加診斷困難。

如何確診纖維肌痛症？陳韋達表示，2010年美國風濕病學會提出最新診斷標準，含廣泛性疼痛指數和周邊症狀嚴重程度，由病人主訴疼痛部位，若全身有3到6個部位疼痛，加上周邊症狀程度達9分；或超過7處疼痛，周邊症狀程度達5分，兩者加總超過12分，即符合纖維肌痛症。

肌痛症是大腦中樞神經放大疼痛訊號，基因是致病原因之一，加上後天遇到逆境，無法克服壓力導致全身疼痛。

患者女多於男 40至60歲居多

國內纖維肌痛症患者約四十多萬人，女性多於男性，年齡層以40至60歲居多，女性因荷爾蒙變化，加上中年家庭和工作蠟燭兩頭燒，壓力過大，容易發病，建議有疼痛問題先掛神經內科、風濕免疫科、復健科、疼痛科，找出病因。

吃藥、打針沒用？運動減壓可改善

纖維肌痛症病人常抱怨吃消炎藥、打止痛針，仍好不了，台中榮總過敏免疫風濕科主治醫師黃文男指出，消炎止痛藥僅針對肌肉疼痛、關節發炎，但纖維肌痛症患者是大腦中樞神經敏感，他建議患者除了吃藥，多運動、調整壓力可改善症狀。

黃文男說，治療以抗癲癇藥物及抗憂鬱藥物為主，這類神經穩定劑主要穩定大腦神經，調節敏感度，約可降低一半疼痛感，改善失眠和焦慮。不過服用這類藥物10%有頭暈副作用，最好從低劑量開始用藥，減少副作用。

多運動有助流汗，流汗是自律神經代謝物，可排除有毒物質，穩定神經系統，高雄榮總神經內科主治醫師林清煌表示，伸展運動如瑜伽、走路、打太極等運動都不錯，拉單槓可放鬆肩頸壓力。少吃甜食、味素等加工類食物，或含有麩質麵包，避免過敏和血糖過高。維持正常作息，晚上十一點前入睡，睡滿八小時，減少身體發炎和疼痛。

黃文男表示，纖維肌痛症病人因致病原因不明，常被旁人誤解或投以異樣眼光，國外有纖維肌痛症病友團體，目前台中榮總也推相關衛教課程，讓家屬能理解疾病，包容病人並互相扶持。

什麼是纖維肌痛症？

全身廣泛性疼痛，合併記憶力衰退、疲憊、失眠、頭痛、憂鬱和下腹痛等周邊症狀，尤其「痛、累、失眠」是典型症狀，持續三個月以上，且排除其他可能引起疼痛疾病。
