超人氣產品The Cybex Sirona M2 i-Size allows you to transport your child in a rear-facing mode from birth up to a height of 105 cm. The seat can also be used in a forward-facing mode which is suitable for children who have reached 16 months of life and a height of 76 cm and taller. The Click-in systems makes it easy to change the car seat's driving direction.

The built-in linear side-impact protectors fold out on the door side of the car seat and increase the level of safety in the event of a side impact. In combination with the head and shoulder protectors, the L.S.P. system reduces the force of a side impact. Furthermore, installing the car seat in a rear-facing mode reduces the risk of injury in case of a head-on collision considerably.

自願減碳見效工業局將開發新技術

【台灣醒報記者許嘉琪台北報導】「自願減碳」成果豐！經濟部工業局2005年推動「產業溫室氣體自願減量」，至今已累積減少了1,334萬公噸的碳排放，相當於台北市1.5年總用電的碳排放量。工業局副局長游振偉表示，目前低成本的減碳工程都已完成，剩下難度和成本高的，為此工業局將進行新材料和新技術研發，降低減碳成本，提高廠商配合意願。

工業局自2005年起推動「產業溫室氣體自願減量」，挹注資金和節能減碳技術，輔導廠商提升能源使用效率，根據統計，到今年為止總共累積減少了1,334萬公噸的碳排放，相當於台北市1.5年總用電的碳排放量。

不過這幾年來，自願減碳績效卻有下降的趨勢，工業局永續發展組科長潘建成表示，投入減碳對於廠商有利，能夠因此改善能源使用效率，降低燃料費。但是在這之前，必須先花一大筆錢，汰換舊設備和建置減碳工程。

依照過去的輔導經驗，兩年內可回收的減碳投資廠商都願意去做，但若是回收期超過兩年，廠商就會卻步。潘建成說，「自願減量」計劃已經實施了好幾年，成本低的工程幾乎都已完成，剩下的都是成本高的，也因此這幾年的自願減碳件數也所下降。

游振偉表示，會積極進行新材料與技術研發，降低減碳成本，也會投入4000萬的輔導經費，提高廠商減碳意願。為了因應氣候變遷和減碳趨勢，許多產品不斷進行技術改良，帶來了新商機。

工業局技師溫淑媛舉例，全球暖化的高溫環境下會加速水泥風乾，而新研發的「墁砌水泥」保水性優異，不易龜裂，在製作工法上也能減少16%排碳量，預計將能成為水泥用材的新趨勢。

老蕭主持金曲、挺過低潮多虧身後的她

第29屆金曲獎已於上週結束，這2天因陳奕迅受訪時問起蕭敬騰（老蕭）「是不是很有錢」，得知他的南港豪宅售價1億多台幣時表情一驚，引起不少話題，老蕭在開直播時還補充：「我家也沒有記者說的那麼便宜好不好，那麼便宜我買好幾棟好不好。」此話一出，讓人對他的財力又是一驚。

剛出道時老蕭曾被媒體直擊陪著唱片公司老闆陳澤杉看房子，當年還是個新人的他，自嘲3千萬的房子他買不起，事隔才11年，老蕭的產值已經不是幾個億可以計算，光是房子就越換越高檔，去年更換到價值2.2億、連陳奕迅都瞠目結舌的南港住家。

但除了唱歌之外，經過了這屆金曲獎頒獎典禮，如果你對老蕭的印象還停留在「省話一哥」，那真的很過時；歌手出身的老蕭第一次主持大型頒獎典禮（甚至是第一次當主持人），不但秀出最拿手的唱歌，連手影、畫畫都可以搬上金曲舞台，把「主持」這件事情寫出了新境界。

在主持金曲過程中，他不斷流露出自然的無厘頭風格，但這風格早在2013年有週刊舉辦「娛樂大賞最受歡迎十大明星票選活動」中就可看出端倪，幾乎所有天王天后拍攝的拉票影片，都是正襟危坐謝天謝地謝粉絲，老蕭他卻是在飯店房間自編自導自演又自嗨地來段即興演出，不但大秀中國功夫，結尾時還把墨鏡拿掉、1秒露出畫在眼皮上的眼珠，出人意外的荒謬畫面噴出笑果，雖不懂他在想啥，但真的有點到觀眾笑穴。

他那看起來很不擅長、但其實趣味橫生的「說話」，讓下注賭他會在金曲獎出糗的人最後跪著看完，典禮中不知道該說啥時，他乾脆猛叫入圍歌王的許書豪「哥哥」，2人一來一往比年紀大小、又是個無厘頭笑點，這些話從老蕭口中蹦出來，不但不尷尬，還莫名到讓人嘴角上揚。

老蕭能登上現在的地位，經紀人Summer當然是最大功臣，這次在金曲獎頒獎典禮的新聞中心，擺了滿桌的飲料、糖果招待記者，後面還有個牌子屬名「喜鵲娛樂蕭敬騰小宇」，經紀人的細心、成就了媒體對藝人的好感度。

10年前Summer與蕭敬騰開始合作，除了建立密不可分的信賴，對老蕭事業上的想法跟規劃，讓他至今幾乎零負評，小時候學壞打架、抽菸鬧事一件件曝光，這些黑歷史不但沒讓他貼上壞標籤，反而成了勸年輕人向上的正面教材，加上嘗試拍電影、上中國綜藝節目當導師、主持金曲獎……一波波把老蕭的可能性推到料想不到的程度。

2014蕭敬騰推出《The Song》專輯、發片記者會的前一天，他的瘋狂日籍粉絲Yuki請出爸爸喊冤，也讓記者會現場多了個歪樓的話題，但Summer帶著老蕭面對媒體訪問，不擋記者問題、不刻意閃避、聽到敏感問題不擺臭臉，反而很認真地一一回答，坐在旁邊的Summer曾被Yuki罵過難聽話，也沒在現場搧風點火反擊，把主要發言權交給老蕭、又不忘適時搭腔，只有互相信賴才會有這種默契。

其實要搞定老蕭並不難，塞個他喜歡的東西到他手裡、他就會進入自己的小宇宙自得其樂很久，1顆籃球、1把樂器、甚至幾個音符他就很滿足，記得有次在攝影棚採訪獅子合唱團，老蕭撈起吉他、順手彈了幾個和弦，整團人就開起了小型音樂會唱得欲罷不能，直到經紀人Summer出面喊停，才正式開始拍照、受訪，回想老蕭放下吉他時有點不甘心又笑嘻嘻的樣子，說實話我們真的不介意再多聽幾首歌。

回首老蕭當歌手的歷程，當年在《超級星光大道》踢館，留著一頭像迪克牛仔般的長髮、身上穿著黑衣、打敗了冠軍呼聲極高的楊宗緯，讓他瞬間爆紅，話不多、臉不笑，被冠上「踢館魔王」「省話一哥」，都不算是平易近人的代名詞，這幾年他的個性就像是剝洋蔥般慢慢外顯，越來越會面對大家開口說話、知道自己想做什麼，雖然不想再給他壓力，但如果明年金曲還找他主持，相信贊成票應該不少。

老蕭也是「星光幫」歌手中第1個拿下金曲歌王的人（今年獲獎的徐佳瑩則是第1個歌后），參賽時他跟楊宗緯因為互相競爭，被外界解讀有瑜亮情結，那時聲勢如日中天的楊宗緯，這幾年卻接連著合約糾紛、大頭症等負面新聞，重心逐漸遠離台灣移往大陸，老蕭則在兩岸三地通吃，11年過了，說他沒變，其實他外顯的個性跟以前完全不同，但你說他有變，變的又只是事業版圖一直超越極限，他骨子裡的古靈精怪、溫暖、幽默與謙和一直都在。

看看這次金曲獎，老蕭猛叫人「哥哥」，也是種謙卑與愛，因為他自己也是不少人的「哥哥長輩」，在獅子合唱團中帶頭、是「小宇」宋念宇的師兄。家裡還養了5隻狗跟5隻貓，而且幾乎都是領養來的，5層樓的豪宅為了毛小孩闢了專屬區域，會過敏的老蕭為了能跟牠們一起睡覺，寧可每晚戴上口罩入眠，天王進了家門，就變成一直噴發愛心的爸爸，而且他還得看毛小孩們心情如何賞不賞臉，豪宅買主就算是他本人，在屋子裡當家作主的，應該還是那10隻讓他捧在手心疼的貓狗吧！
