The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

 墨首位左翼總統上任 彭斯、伊凡卡抵墨前使館爆炸

墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」

65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民 ！」

墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。

美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」

只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

 1針見血！凱特布蘭琪評「反性騷擾行動」

第71屆坎城影展開幕前舉行評審團記者會，評審團主席凱特布蘭琪直言：國際關注的反性騷擾行動，不可能馬上改變好萊塢存在已久的惡習；更砲轟坎城影展主辦單位，應多重視女導演的作品入圍競賽。

美國知名影視媒體「綜藝報」（Variety）現場報導坎城影展評審團記者會實況，女性議題果然成最大焦點，因為今年9位評審出現奧斯卡影后凱特布蘭琪、「暮光女」克莉絲汀史都華、迪士尼第1位執導成本上億美元電影《時間的皺摺》黑人女導演艾娃杜佛內、《007危機四伏》法國女星蕾雅瑟杜、東非蒲隆地共和國女音樂家卡嘉寧共5位女性評審。

日前凱特布蘭琪受訪公開表示：真相未明前不再與涉嫌性侵9歲養女的導演伍迪艾倫合作，即使他執導《藍色茉莉》讓她贏得奧斯卡影后；曾演《魔戒》的凱特布蘭琪更明示與涉嫌性騷擾性侵的製片哈維魏斯坦毫無私人瓜葛，甚至坦承自己從澳洲來好萊塢發展也曾遭遇不願指名的色製片性騷擾。

凱特布蘭琪力挺好萊塢反性騷擾的「＃Me Too」、「Time’s Up」等反性騷擾公益團體，但直言那些各界努力的反性騷擾行動，不可能馬上根絕好萊塢沉痾多年的性騷擾惡習。

這位奧斯卡影后雖然榮譽受邀擔任今年坎城影展評審團主席，但毫不客氣直言坎城影展主辦單位應該多重視女性導演作品入圍競賽，她說：畢竟電影作品最重要的是本質而非導演的性別，就像女演員穿得再性感誘人也不一定和她的智慧成正比。

談到評審，凱特布蘭琪坦承身為電影人去評斷其他電影藝術工作者與其作品，加倍困難，真的不容易去選出所謂「最佳」的；「暮光女」克莉絲汀史都華附議：我們只能在共識的基礎上從即使稍有不完美的作品中，去選出其中幾近最好的。

今年坎城影展爭議多，其一是主辦單位槓上Netflix，規定沒有在法國戲院公映的Netflix作品，不准角逐競賽；黑人女導演艾娃杜佛內強烈反彈表示：電影的精神應該著重影片的優質，而非讓觀眾看的方式。不過木已成舟，主辦單位說了。算就像寧冒著與片商打版權官司的風險，主辦單位也不撤換導演泰瑞吉連（曾以《未來總動員》讓小布贏得1996年金球獎最佳男配角）的新作《誰殺了唐吉訶德》當閉幕片。

今年坎城影展其他評審還有台灣男演員張震、加拿大編導丹尼斯威倫諾夫、法國編劇羅伯古蒂岡、俄羅斯導演安德烈齊魏亞金斯基；當地時間9日晚間7點開幕典禮，19日晚間7點頒獎典禮。
